Take 2-3 capsules per day.
Take each capsule with or immediately after a meal. For example, one after breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose: Take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal.¹
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
