Usage
Preparation And Usage
Directions: Adults over 16: Brush teeth first and rinse the mouth well with water. Fill measuring cup with 10ml of undiluted mouthwash. Rinse thoroughly between teeth and gums for up to 60 seconds, then spit out. Use up to twice daily. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
