- Active Ingredient: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% w/v, Each application contains: 140 micrograms of Xylometazoline Hydrochloride. Also contains: Hypromellose, sodium chloride, sorbitol, sodium phosphate, sodium acid phosphate, disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride and purified water. As we are always looking to improve our products, our formulations change from time to time, so please always check the product packaging before use.

Preparation And Usage
Directions: For full instructions see enclosed leaflet. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by actuating 4 times. Once primed, the pump will normally remain charged throughout regular daily treatment periods. If the spray is not ejected during the full actuation stroke, or if the product has not been used for longer than 7 days, the pump will need to be reprimed with 4 actuations. Dosage for Adults and Children over 12 years: one application in each nostril 1 to 3 times daily. Not suitable for children or infants under 12 years.
