Preparation And Usage
Directions
1 Rinse Tongue Cleaner thoroughly under warm water.
2 Place the Tongue Cleaner at the back of an extended tongue with nodules facing down.
3 Press gently and draw the Tongue Cleaner from the back of the tongue to the tip.
4 Rinse the Tongue Cleaner and repeat as necessary until the tongue is clean.
5 Brush teeth as normal.
Use before brushing as part of your daily oral care regime.
For reasons of hygiene, replace your Tongue Cleaner every 3 months.
